Job Description
- Responsible for laboratory sample preparation, panel making, and testing required for new product development, customized products, and formulation maintenance and optimization.
- Provide technical support to marketing, technical support specialists, supply chain, and other relevant departments.
- Responsible for writing project reports and reporting test results.
- Ensure work quality and maintain the working environment in accordance with QHSE regulations.
- Compliance observation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer, and Materials Science.
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience in coatings, including resin testing, panel making, and principle analysis.
- Strong stress resistance, proactive, creative and innovative spirit, with teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Oral English communication skills and reading/writing abilities.
- Proficient in computer and sales software applications such as MS Office and CRM.
