Job Description

1. Responsible for laboratory sample preparation, panel making, and testing required for new product development, customized products, and formulation maintenance and optimization.
2. Provide technical support to marketing, technical support specialists, supply chain, and other relevant departments.
3. Responsible for writing project reports and reporting test results.
4. Ensure work quality and maintain the working environment in accordance with QHSE regulations.
5. Compliance observation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer, and Materials Science.
2. 1-3 years of laboratory experience in coatings, including resin testing, panel making, and principle analysis.
3. Strong stress resistance, proactive, creative and innovative spirit, with teamwork spirit and communication skills.
4. Oral English communication skills and reading/writing abilities.
5. Proficient in computer and sales software applications such as MS Office and CRM.
