Job Description

1. Use thickeners, sweeteners, and flavor ingredients, primarily targeting bakery application directions, to develop, formulate, and provide solutions.
2. Integrate flavor agents, sweeteners, and texture modifiers into base formulations, create prototype products for evaluation, and apply them to food products.
3. Work closely with R&D, quality, and sales/business development teams to define and position application areas in the laboratory, formulate plans to meet customer needs, and ensure product formulations align with business objectives.
4. Conduct trials and evaluations to analyze flavor and texture characteristics, collect data for formula optimization, and resolve technical issues arising during product scale-up or actual production.
5. Continuously monitor industry trends and new technologies related to flavor science and food processing.
6. Communicate with customers, collect technical requirements, provide consulting services, and develop customized solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science/Food Technology or related fields.
2. Familiar with the food ingredients industry, with 3-5 years of technical experience in bakery product development and formulation. Experience in flavor application (flavors and fragrances) preferred. Experience working in a flavor and fragrance company preferred.
3. Innovative ability, able to independently address customer inquiries, and also possess good teamwork awareness.
4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, with good stress resistance.
5. Able to handle English communication with professional terminology.
